Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our business model (dropshipping), we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will require photo or video proof. After review, we may issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge.
- Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.
- No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not accept returns for reasons such as “I changed my mind” or “I ordered the wrong color/size.” Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
- Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Processing Time
Refunds and replacements (if approved) are processed within 7–14 business days.
